@poisoninmyveins the root folder files, I have a vanilla patcher available on my discord if need be

@poisoninmyveins WHY ARE YOU YELLING?1?!?

1. Launch OpenIV and navigate to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data"
replace the Handling.meta with the Vanilla one

2. then go to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
replace the vehicles.meta with the Vanilla one

2.3. then go to to
"Mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchistmas2018\common\data\levels\gta5"
and replace the vehicles.meta in there with the Vanilla one

2.6. "Mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\spupgrade\common\data\levels\gta5"
and replace the vehicles.meta in there as well

3. Now Go to
"Mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data"
replace the handling meta with the Vanilla one

4. And Finally
"Mods\x64w.rpf\dlcpacks\spupgrade\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5"
to replace the last Vehicles.meta located in there with the Vanilla one

@Rally Lover I made the prehotfix version available, that has the manual install files just be aware there might be some cars I overlooked and didn't set to FR in the drift version
