I car lowers, but doesn't come up or reset, any fixes?

After the update, There is no sound of downshifts, Car just goes silent when I leave throttle and it happens only in manual mod, When in automatic it is normal. Any fixes?

can I use this with addon cars? like any car I want..if yes, how?

when in automatic, the downshift sound is gone. It's fine, as the update has came. Will be waiting, good luck!
