Will it save with persistence mod?

I downloaded it yesterday. When I got into the game and spawned the car, the rear right wheel was misaligned, it didn't line up properly with the rear fender, whereas the other 3 wheels aligned correctly. I'm not sure if other players have encountered the same problem.
Where does this rim locate in which category wheel? (sport, tuner, or high end?
