@D4v1d_ But the main target of the tool is just delete or move files. The tool doesn't edit any file. Maybe there was something wrong in the move/delete progress, but I don't think it's the tool fault.
It uses the Windows API to move/delete, so perhaps you accidentally canceled it?

@D4v1d_ It cant be todo with the tool if your NPCs fall trough map. It must be todo with a mod your not fully uninstalled.
It seems like you installed a mod inside your game files.

@JangoWazHere If you installed via "mods" folder then the tool can help but if you installed into game files sadly not.
The tool removes files which are not game files but it does not clear any rpf mod.

@enmael Ok thanks for the report! I will look into it.

@treych9 I can understand that it can be frustrating, but in my opinion, it's not fair to go on hate speech here when the tool you want to use doesn't work the way it's supposed to. Your given information helps me to understand more about that problem.
What happened on your side? Your antivirus prevented the scanning and the access of the folder and deleted the tool because it doesn't like the way the tool scans the GTA 5 folder.
The real problem (i think) here is that some antivirus thinks that the GTA 5 folder is also infected and delete the folder too.

It's not recommended to disabling your antivirus program, but it can lead to just such problems. It will falsely flagged as virus/Trojan positive. It's like i mentioned on the FAQ inside the Tool description.
Sadly, i can't do anything about this issue.

@dudeblahblah I mentioned multiple times that the tool has checks to prevent these types of issue, but in some unknown cases this can happen. I don't get any information about what's happened. Only angry users (like you) which don't want to help me to fix this issue and just giving a bad review about that something wrong happened.
