@nathanjamesddg151 this will reduce damage from all sources: bullets, explosives etc. It makes cars almost immortal. Do people wanna immortal enemy vehicles in the missions? I don't think so.
And there is no way to separate damage kinds in handling.meta.

- Added vehicles from all latest DLCs up to "Adventures in Finance and Felony"
(just cars addition, patcher 1.1 still actual)
