It's good to see development though, I feel like this has the potential to become a super immersive mod if it's tailored well enough

@jimx Being able to stop them spawning (or make them less frequent) would be good. The cars with weapons is kinda unrealistic. Street gangs shouldn't be better armed than law enforcement/military. I ound I had to turn the gang limits right down (5 in, 3 out) to get things anywhere close to reasonable/realistic

Seems like a good idea for a mod. Would be great if there were more options for customization. An option to disable the weaponized cars would be good too - when they spawn ~15 seconds apart they make organic turf wars turn into literal hellscapes that are impossible to fight to a conclusion (and would attract far more police presence than they currently do)

Does this conflict with EUP? Seem to be having issues getting it working on our communities server :/
