Nvm^^ Seems like only this FHP DLC pack I have installed for some reason the npc's aren't recognizing the FHP vehicles as emergency vehicles. Tested it with other emergency vehicles and they pull over. Strange.
Didn't know this mod would make it so I can't pull cars over in LSPDFR :/
