Should the line of code "dlcpacks:\spmcthemes\" be put into the XML exactly as it is quoted? Where about in the XML file should the line of code go, and does it need the <Item> and <\Item> brackets?
Is there an issue with the advanced motion blur optional file? when i boot up the game, the motion blur looks awful, but if i press the insert key it fixes itself and it goes back to looking good when driving, the delete key works as normal, turning motion blur on/off, but pressing insert sometimes causes this glitchy, horrible looking motion blur to be applied, anyone have any idea if this is intentional or not?
