first of all, when cuffing person you get two stars because of cuffing and kidnap,
if you grab the person, you can put them down by pressing H,

what do you recommend?

this is to everyone, i am ready to fix issues and bugs in the mod and add stuff more realistic, i can do better but i make this just to see what i am going to get
