@SuperKaioken You know how the projectiles disappear if you slow down time too much? When you run with the flash mod, time is at 10% of its normal speed. With other mods, you can make it 1% while you are running, making everything much slower.
@ReventonPro Hey I had your problem back in the day. You probably already figured it out, but the fix is easy. Any file that you edit, like update or 64v or something, needs to be in a folder titled 'mods', or else the game will update and reinstall. Don't edit the originals, just copy them into your mods folder and edit them there.
@OkaymanXXI Hey man, I love all of your skins, but I feel like the Zoom skin could use an update. It looks so weird compared to the other ones. Just a little constructive criticism there. Also is there a way to use this new one you made here without using Menyoo?
@CaptainProton42 Hey man this mod is the only mod that lets you go so slowly, the other ones are the equivalent to what 5% is on here. Because of this, I really wanted to use this mod. Sadly, even if I run this mod on a clean GTA, I crash every time I enable the hotkey unless it is at 100% speed. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really want to use this mod but I don't think I can if I have to adjust it with the + or - buttons every time I want to adjust the timescale.
@OkaymanXXI I am having a problem. I did all the instructions, replaced the files, then started up GTA. GTA wanted to update every time I launched, and when it was done the models were back to normal. Any way to stop that from happening?

This mod is awesome, lots of potential. My only request is that you get the bullets visible for 1% normal time.
