PS. In logs I can see steam directories. I don't have steam version, just Social Club one, why installer try to put files in steam/steamapp/grand theft auto V diretory?
I've got the same ERROR like LambdaWarrior. Can't run the game now. I had only VisualV and NaturalVision installed. No double x64c.rpf problem described by @TheoBrixton
