Okay I've just deleted the Mod Manager and all mods from the Grand Theft Auto V steam folder, everything works now. Never downloading this again lol.
Every time I try and launch singleplayer, the startup menu says "Grand Theft Auto V exited unexpectedly. Please click retry below to enter the game again, or click Safe Mode to launch the game with reduced graphics settings." My game has been fine until now...
