Final edit: Solved the problem. I downloaded the mod and looked at your edit of the Barracks Semi and I realized that the game was depending on patched texture files, not in the main X64 directory. Thanks for the help you didn't realize you gave.
I need some technical help. Which camouflage files did you replace for the Barracks Semi? My OpenIV tells me that the camouflage should have been replaced successfully but when I load the game it still has its desert camouflage.
I've replaced the texture in the Barracks2.yft, Barracks2+hi.yft, and Vehshare_Army.yft, and it still refuses to override the desert camouflage.

Edit: Same problem, different vehicle. According to OpenIV it works, but when I get ingame it's overridden by the defaults.
