@Whammoy I managed to make the addon worked. There are a lot of missing lines in the content.xml and setup2.xml files.
Download the xml files here and replace those files in the dlc.rpf:

@frsgta just use higher resolution, in this case I use 4K. don't forget to max out in game graphical settings.
