What about silencer?

I can't play with it in gta online, my game tell me that i am using modified version, i've deleted dinput8.dll from OpenIV and game it is not loading mods folder to the game any more. So i've tried to replace models in weapons.rpf and after that game not launching anymore. Also i've verified game files trough Steam, so without changing weapons.rpf game works fine, with mods folder and dinput8.dll (OpenIV) gta online not working. Recently i've played in gta online with many weapon models but now i see that it's not possible any more. Any thoughts about situation?

in GTA Online, in cut scene when i give pistol to Rashkovsky, it looks like pistol lost some parts.
Why it happening and how i can fix it?
