I finally found it.
You need to go to the carvariations.meta file and add these lines :

<Item>
<Name>yankton plate</Name
<Value value="100"/>
</Item>

between :

<plateProbabilities>
<Probabilities>

</Probabilities>
</plateProbabilities>

Which gives :

<plateProbabilities>
<Probabilities>
<Item>
<Name>yankton plate</Name>
<Value value="100" />
</Item>
</Probabilities>
</plateProbabilities>

I only use the Freemode Male.
I always save my outfits in Menyoo.
It's probably because of that, when I put on my saved dive suit, the script for the Palms doesn't activate.
I have to go into the shoes, select another one and then select the palm trees again but sometimes my light doesn't come on again
