I would like to use a small section of your police radio chatter soundtracks from your YouTube video in my new indy fiction film RED CALL, which explores the aftermath of a terrorist disaster. NB I will distort and so avoid any individualised voices/words from the recordings. The project is 'microbudget' and I am not able to pay more than token royalties at this stage but would be happy to do so if and when the film gets any kind of commercial showing, eg on TV.
