@kenaky So you need to use "OPENIV" app on your PC. If you are similiar into OPENIV, simply click "Tools - Package Installer - Then select the OIV files, make sure you install it into mods folder". And if you are new into OPENIV, might wanna search on youtube: "OPENIV Package Installer Tutorial"

@aidene2001 I also get the same problem with your 3rd point, the streetname however stay and not updated

@Juan Deag Open your OPENIV and click "Tools - package installer- then select the install.oiv into mods folder - and you are ready to go"

@Big_Macz455 Im sure your GTA was not pirated right?, and you really redo the mods folder from 0? Like delete it and create new mods folder and copy the update and x64 again, because for me it worked fine after I did it all, you dont need to update your trainer since it will be automatically added once you redo the whole mods folder... But I hope you could find the way to fix your issue soon

@Big_Macz455 dont take a risk by replacing whole dlclist, you need to redo whole "mods" folder. It was the safest way to do and I did it too, dont forget to backup your current add on installed folder
