What is that other blaine county vehicle in the first screenshot?
Didn't this mod pack contain a 92-97 Vapid Stanier in this style at some point?
Absolutely love this pack. Do you ever plan on making Blaine County Sheriff variants modeled from retro San Bernadino police, or something of the sort? I've looked and looked and it appears that no one has made Blaine County liveries for these models.
Incredible mod. I love this redesign and light bar choice.
Maybe the issue is on my end, but after fixing popgroups.ymt so it was no longer corrupted, the mod still didn't work properly. I think loading in that many vehicles from different multiplayer files puts too much strain on the game (and I have a decent computer w/ updated game config, packfile, heap adjuster, etc.). At most, 2-4 of the cars will spawn at a given time creating lots of repetition (and my pop variation is maxed out). Overall, this is a great idea, but it doesn't really work.
You are my favorite GTA V car maker. So many modders make models with 200k + polygons and poor LODs that kill VRAM. On the other hand, my computer can handle countless of your models. If you ever get the chance, maybe you can make a compilation mod containing the majority of your vehicles. It would make an incredible lore friendly 90s / early 2000s atmosphere.
@MetalLazer Same issue. It turns out the popgroups.ymt is corrupted / not formatted correctly. I'm about to try copy and pasting sections that look correct from the broken popgroups.ymt into a vanilla backup popgroups.ymt so see if that fixes it. Note to all, unless you are willing to configure the popgroups.ymt yourself, do not download this mod until it is updated.
This vehicle model looks absolutely great. I'm having a slight issue though. I can't use the vehicle for taxi missions. I use more than one add-on taxi, and I believe I changed the ytfs / ytds for this stanier to be "taxi5" instead of just "taxi" (same for vehicles.meta and any other relevant files). When troubleshooting, I observed that the regular "taxi" works fine for missions, but anything with a slightly different name -- even if the vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta, etc. -- are all properly defined as a taxi, the game will not recognize it as valid for taxi missions. Do you know if there's a way to have GTA V recognize more than one taxi, or do you think the "taxi5" name is not the issue?
For some reason, all of the admirals are defined as law enforcement in the vehicles.meta file. I had to manually change the meta so that the civ and taxi versions behaved normally in traffic. This is a heads up for anyone who downloads this mod and is confused as to why the police are driving the taxis on patrol. Beside that issue, the models are of great quality.
