@Ballsy You can install handling mods first, DW is very outdated, but if you can get it to work install it second, IVPack is fine, VELP is also currently very outdated and will break tuning on new vehicles, so I not install it. As for my mod, since installs new scenarios, I would recommend installing it last so it overwrites the ones by VWE. I cannot guarantee that all of those will work flawlessly together. Install with caution.

Rebadged models are still against FiveM's ToS. I won't preach about what is lore and what isn't but this is just lazy.
