@LilChief I just realized what you meant. The easiest way is to use a mod menu and change the appearance of Franklin, but you can probably equip at his home or different clothing stores that sell t-shirts.

@hannhua Please change your rating as it's a natural mix-up due to packing 10-15 mods in one day.

@LilChief You don't. You quit the game and install through OpenIV. After you've done that, you load the game back up.
