@GTAMultiplayer Team, theres no snow anywhere for me, the snow tracks are there and weather is kinda snowy but no snow on the ground. could this be an issue with visual v? or la roads? thanks.

how the hell do you get the clothes in game? pretty dumb not to include in the readme or here...
