@REYMEXzone the solution I have is using YMAP for the building and Menyoo to spoon the flooring of the garage etc. You can have some example on the map i created. For the car store i already put no need to use menyoo but know i created another one with two levels and i need Menyoo for the second level otherwise cars fall on the car of the first level. Will put this second map online soon.
@Kpym, it seems that the model you proposed is better made. I prefere the weels of EnoMods but the light on the trunk are badly worked when you open the trunk. Otherwise the model of EnoMods is the best XE (if you don't look at the light).
