trainspawner.asi is not a part of Railroad Engineer, so you have to ask the developer of this mod

and if this works replace one train model by your train.

Usually the name seems to be the file name of the model. For example the Overhauled Trains mod contains a Railroad Engineer ini file with model names:

You have to enter the model name of your train in the ini-file.
Train.Models = freight, MyTrainModel

@devdd960 what are DLC trains?
