Yo, sorry i never login to this account but tbh i quit fivem and didnt make a backup of my mod so i cant rlly send it but
basically make a stream folder and use openiv to take all of the files out of the rpf and put them in the stream folder and make a __resource.lua file
put this in the __resource.lua:

@Aryan23 im seeing the same issue, i used to have almost this exact issue with https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/sector-257-military-installation where the hitboxes are there but there its no visible texture, i fixed it on Sector 257 before but IDR how.
this sounds stupid but where is the Tunnel entrance at for the underground missle stuff & the tank and aircraft manufacturer and the aircraft carrier because i cant find it? (it either isnt loading or im blind)
