any way to fix all the peds ragdolling (falling over) before getting shot?

how do you install this? through open iv? i don't see any option to replace the .xml file.. can someone walk through this install please.

I'm wondering if people get FPS drops when using this before i download, can anyone confrim/deny?

nice mod, does it by any chance change the properties of the cars surfaces? I noticed there is no blood spray when shooting people near vehicles (or standing by one and letting the police shoot you) but there is blood on the vehicles when you run over peds.

@_CP_ I'm just saying the shadows look much worse after installing visualV vs stock and am wondering how i can fix it

So whats the trick to making this actually work? what are these additional files we need and can someone link to them?

@_CP_ I got the shadow hotfix files but my shadows still look terrible and very low resolution outside of the small 'player render box'
