@squatzandoats Thanks for your mod. I just made a lua-script for the headlight, use "T" key to show the headlight and turn the lights on, use "Y" to hide the headlight and turn the lights off. here is the link https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B-d9yAUddysVWjN0U3hCMVVSVGs/view?usp=sharing
I hope someone can make a on-off switch to control headlight with the same key.

@kizacudo Had you ever just try to copy the new DLC files to the "dlcpacks" and try to spawn all the new cars. Maybe the game will search the new file itself, and no need to change the files in update.rpf
