I did notice there are less body parts this time? (e.g. mpapt01.rpf is empty and mpheiststreamedpeds has less files than the last version) or is this normal / mistake on my end?
Lowr and Uppr works completely fine to me. Make sure they both end with _r, the lowr textures with _uni and the uppr textures with _whi. The uppr might not work since this mod requires texture files at all times even though uppr just uses the skin texture. This can be simply fixed by putting in a dummy texture for every uppr (e.g. just put a white image or copy another texture and name it uppr_diff_000_a_whi).
