im having a handling problem. the car keeps flipping over. do u know where the handling meta is

the car keeps flipping over for me does anyone have a fix for the handling line or know anyway to fix it?

cant get anything to spawn was working with zbike add on but now i added a car and no dlc cars will spawn even ones made by rockstar. please help?!?
