My apartment icons show up as they should. However, when I got to purchase a property, it won't let finish the purchase. It shows me the floor and price, but when I select to purchase I get nothing.
Looking at SPA.log, I saw this numerous times:

at SinglePlayerApartment.Mechanic.CreateVehMenuApartments6(UIMenu MenuCategory, UIMenuItem MenuItem, String PathDir)
I checked my files again to be sure I had everything, and I validated my install.
I have reinstalled SPA, installed the aforementioned gameconfig, installed all prerequisites, and I still cannot access the mod's features. What can I do to fix it? What information can I provide?
I have scoured the comments to no avail.

The instructions seem to indicate I need both and I can't wrap my head around this one

@Carrythxd I am using WinRar. I opened it without extracting it and saw the same thing.
There is a "content" folder, "icon.png", and assembly.xml"
This is very confusing, I've used numerous previous versions of this and never ran into anything like this
I'm really confused. I tried the 2.1.1 from both here and Google Drive- there wasn't an .OIV installer in either download. What am I missing?

Turns out I'm a dumbass. I failed to ensure that whole Script Hook V Dot Net 2 business was installed. I just had the original Script Hook V files.
Once I couldn't find that log, I rectified the issue. Thanks for reaching out to the guy drowning in shallow water!
