tk0wnz got definitely the best cars in this game, very well detailled (different wheels manufacturers, tuning parts,...).
For differents wheels, install addon rims pack (folder in dlcpacks, and editlist). You'll find them in sports wheels.
And halo colors, go in Benny's tuning, and change dashboard color it will change halo colors.

this mod could be really cool, but two main issues: - you can't use anymore Rockstar Editor (infinite loading)
- when you leaves GTA, the game is still running.
