@mafins I found the answer. I had a background program running and for some reason it does not like this download. Are you doing something different with the files?

@mafins 19a758-MenyooRelease.rar that is the only file i get from downloading, it gives me no option to extract, unzip. nothing.

@MAFINS thats just it. there is nothing to unpack. i have re-downloaded this 6-8 times. and i know firewall is not the issue, and at that i have used multiple browsers. I have only one file and that is the .rar file that i am getting.

alright, so i have Script hook, i have everything in the right place, i mean Script hook native trainer works. and other mods i removed them just in case but nothing is working. i get just the .rar file and nothing else.

I need some help, this is for using Open IV in general, so when i replace, drop in edit mode gta V always updates the replaced meta files with the original game meta files, how do i fix it. google sucks btw in that search aspect.

I did not see this in the info, but does this work with Dehan police mod?

I am wondering, does is this mod updated? or are you in the works in updating it?
