@Esteves_, I was having the same issue. To fix it, go into the folder of any garage that is having the issue, open the garage.ini file, and delete the line that starts with the following:
@rootcause I want to really play with this because I think mods of this type (collectibles/scavenger hunt), which is a big part of all GTA games, are unfortunately rare to non-existent, but I cannot get the figures to spawn. I have the Diamond Casino update, the mod starts and the log shows that it loads without a problem. When I go to the comics store I get a message saying that I have collected 0 of 100 figures, so it's all good there. But none of the figures show up in the game. I have a heavily modded game. Do you have any idea how to fix it?
@sjaak327 Great and essential mod. I've been using it from day one when I started modding the game. A suggestion for a future version, and I have no idea if it can be done or how easily. Can you add an option to the vehicle color options menu to cycle thru the color combinations that are set up for each vehicle in question? The ones that are set for each specific vehicle in the carvariations.meta files. Now in Simple Trainer an option is to use Random color, but you have to cycle pass many combinations or colors that don't work. We can assume that the modders who put out the add-on vehicles chose good color combinations to start with, at least most of the time.
Please keep updating this mod. There are other great mods that by now have been abandoned by their authors.

@Scorpion434, Last year, when they blocked modding on GTAV, I installed the GTAVLauncherBypass, then I stopped playing for a while. When I started playing again, I did a legit update up to The Doomsday Heist, but then I was also not able to bring the online interiors or vehicles that were added since Smuggler's Run. Like you, I saw the updates and files in the dlcpacks folder, but they were not showing in the game. I not 100% percent sure in was all that I did to stop the game from updating, or if that is your issue, but I just did a clean re-install of the game (Steam version) and everything is working great now. You may want to try that. Make sure to backup savegames, mod DLCs, settings files, etc. if you try it.

Does not work for me. The gate and door are closed and teleporting inside reveals the interior is missing.
