@ExoticParallel Hmmm, it really should work all the time. Only thing i can come up with is that you made a mistake in which directory to put the vehicles file. Maybe do a tripple-check? :P Otherwise I'm really sorry, but I don't know how to fix your problem ):

@ExoticParallel Rammed from behind? Or from the side or front? Police vehicles (except the RIOT) shouldn't be able to ram you from behind anymore (that annoying speed boost). Are you sure you dragged the vehicles file to the right directory? --> update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5\

@ExoticParallel Sorry I can't confirm that, You could make a backup of your update.rpf file, install the mod and see if it works! (I don't see a lot of comments of people telling me it doesn't work anymore)

@fschd1 Sure, I will make a no-army version. (In the meantime, you can use the dispatch file of version 1.3, it has no army) I'm not sure whether I should add regular HP at 5 stars, don't think that would be very realistic!

I added a <flag_big> to every vehicle. That way cops will treat every car as a big vehicle and they won't ram you.

@juniorh For spawn distances, study the dispatch.meta and the wantedtuning.ymt file, and look for things like "IdealSpawnDistance", same for the spawn time. Just play around with the values and see what works (That's how I did it).
