hey man, the mod works nicely, the only problem i have is that car top speeds are still the same, is there a workaround for that?

hey dude, thanks for the mod, i was wondering as im installing it, is it normal for it to be installing for longer than 10 minutes? game works, minimal number of mods (menyoo, custom gear ratios, manual transmission, deluxe dealership, had realistic driving v but uninstalled it because its not working) also worth noting that ive come back to the game after a while.
