If you can't join the server for some reason here is short answer:
Firstly, the Metro Rapid Passenger Mode is included in the premium version accessable by supporting on Patreon or other agreed ways on discord like testing the mod. Secondly, unlike the Driver Mode, it is very hard to create new routes for Passenger Mode or even extend existing routes! Besides, the mod implements the bus map showed in the screenshots, this bus map if you don't know it read this article: https://www.ign.com/wikis/gta-5/Bus_Routes
So unfortunatly most of your requests from 2 to 12 will not be fullfilled.
Metro Rapid goes to Galileo Observatory and Diamond Casino, Chumash is not in Los Santos and Bayman Canyon doesn't make any sense for a city bus to go there, but good news; the intercity bus Dashound goes to most of these location. Install Long Travel Bus Service to get it: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/long-travel-bus-service-ride-as-client
And finally: for the Driver Mode, you can create your own routes however you like using the Route Creator. Get it from discord (it will be available on 5mods next week as well).

@lil-thuggy EITHER you have bought a hangar using a mod and not the vanilla hangar OR you are using a blip hider.
FIX: disable REQUIRESHANGAR in the settings file and use a trainer to never be wanted and be okay with the ugly voice "You are in a restricted airspace, leave the area or you will be shot down."
