The Cognoscenti does 0-60 mph in : nobody cares it's not a race car
It is better then the normal Cognoscenti, because we added the following great features:
-New Grill
-New Front Bumper
-New Rear Bumper
-New Exhaust
-New Coloration
...And most importantly the Hood Ornament
So have fun with your overpriced car
Install:
upda/x64/gta5/dlcpacks/mpapartment/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/
vehilce.rpf: replace the Cognoscenti files
