Move "rx7v" to \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\
Add in \Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml:
dlcpacks:/rx7v/

do you have a video or tutorial on how to add it into my update.rpf? it's my first time adding a mod and can't find how to do it

Well the car has no "drift mode"
If you don't like the handling you can change it in the "vehicles.meta" to whatever you like or if you are more fluent in gta handling files you could change the "handling.meta" for yourself :)

Can you change the wheels at all? I cant seem to be able to..
Also I realised there is no backfire like in the video you have attached. Mine wont do it whatsoever
