3. Edit dlclist (mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>) and add this line-
dlcpacks:/taycan21/
4. Export dlclist back into game and enjoy

Is this just a livery? Because the car in your pictures looks nothing like Mikhail Litvin's Taycan, it's a regular one but with the livery of Mikhail Litvin's one.
