Necessary Files

- OpenIV - https://openiv.com/
Download Steps
- Run Open IV and turn on EDIT MODE in the top right
- Locate to Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>svj63>dlc.rpf>data
- Drag and Drop my handling line into the directory
- Turn off edit mode and enjoy!

How can i download it? i'm new
@Catchingpipsfx_ 1. download the car and both links 2. find a video to fully set up openiv 3. go to mods>update>dlcpacks> and drag and drop the car file 4. then go to mods>update>update.rpf>data>dlclist.xml and edit the line to the description of the car. 5. then place my handling in mods>update>dlcpacks>svj63>dlc.rpf>data and replace the handling
