Replaces the SMG.
Description:
Here is the H&K MP5A3 with the tropical wide handguard. Next mod will be the version with the MP5SD3 SEF. I included the original straight mags as well as an alternate texture that removes most of the wear on the stock and darkens the magazine.
Features:
• Fully Animated
• Working Collision Data
• 2K Textures
• Alternate Texture Available.
• Comes in various configurations.
It also includes standard and extended magazine replacements, including a laser module.
Please note:
Same issues as before. The magazine jumps a tiny bit, but it's not noticeable during normal gameplay. Also, the rifle flashlight is disabled for the laser to work properly and the sights don't line up in first person.
All assets were taken directly from Insurgency Sandstorm.

Installation:
Just extract the archive and place the files in
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday8ng/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/weapons.rpf
Place the meta files in
mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\ai
Instructions to remove the flashlight in the readme.
How to Fix Texture Loss:
If you are experiencing any texture loss, make a copy of the low texture and rename it to +hi. The low textures should be 1024x1024 or 1024x512. Anything lower does not matter. If the textures aren't, you need to downscale them to that resolution. If you are still experiencing issues, try changing the pixel format to DXT5 or DXT1.
