Improved and Customized version of BigShaqNOKetchup's amazing Designer Penthouse and it's gorgeous garage :)
There is no model change.
All changes are done through .ymap , .ytyp and .ytd .
A short summary of changes;
- Added lots of stuff that I believe goes quite lovely with the house and the garage :)
- Changed/Removed some existing stuff.
- Custom wall painting textures.
- You may experience some fps drop while looking at the pool from close distance.
I did my best to keep the newly added lights at a balanced amount between visuals and performance.
- Changes are not modular (except textures), but if you know how to use CodeWalker you can remove/change the thingies however you would like :)

@FighterPilot Oh :)) Thank you so so much for your suggestion. I already did a new one with most stuff removed, my initial intend with those was to look the garage to be owned by the some people only. Like I imagined the entire building as a luxury apartment and thought the penthouse owner can get 2 vehicle garage at that special area, and 6 more spaces for 5 other apartment owners. Like basically garage membership been sold seperately from the apartment itself similar to Casino in gta online.
So for that I said let's make it look like 2 people bought the garage membership and other 3 are on sale. and the one closest to the elevator made unavailable to allow residents walk the elevator more easily. Hence why there is a tow sign there too :D
But as request I removed the cones and boards as well. Currently there are only 2 or 3 small security signs left only which are on the collums but if you wish I can removed them as well :)) Feel free to let me know

I personally love to to see/have a neat/clean look compared to clunky ones. I personally have edited certain houses/mansions in the vanilla map in my game so they look clean & high end. That's why the suggestion.
Also if you don't mind remove that big yellow "do not enter" sign as well :)

@MissySnowie Hi, for some reason after i place files in the Mod folder, they don't seem to appear in the game. I checked the garage & they all looked the same as before the install. What could I possibly have done wrong here?
I do have & located the 'dp_remake' mod folder & used OpenIV to overwrite files.
@nj5050 Would it be possible if you send me the screenshot where you placed the files? Preferably if you do it with CodeWalker RPF Explorer it might be much better.

@MissySnowie i notice the elevator didn't work well.
➡️From penhouse to garage it spawn me on parking lot above.
➡️From garage to penhouse. Nothing happend it didn't get me back to penhouse so i need to fly back.
