This is the red carpet from the single player mission "Meltdown," presented here as an interactive map you can play around with outside the confines of a mission.
Requires Menyoo PC: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Drag the xml from this download into the Spooner folder in the MenyooStuff directory.
This was made with the Menyoo Object Spooner's Save World function, so the pedestrian models, positions, and animations are almost identical to the mission version. The only changes I made were to make the pedestrians non-invincible and able to respond to any havoc you may cause :)
Might make an expanded version in the future with more peds, depending on response.
p.s. Please do not ask me to troubleshoot Menyoo for you. I don't make Menyoo. I make maps for Menyoo. If my map doesn't load, then tell me about that.

Thanks, Now I can punch out Lazlo in a more realistic/appropriate setting anytime I like.
@abstractmode Glad I stumbled on this one. I discovered two things - The Camera man and mic guy, and the ability to save the world and capture models, animations and props from missions.
Been trying to find the trio filming from the hood safari mission, along with props and their animations for months now. Think there is a boom operator too. Never thought about using that save world function.
