This custom DLC would change GTA V flags textures to your custom flag images.

Most of available flag textures mods replace textures in prop_flag_us*.yft files only. This DLC contains more changeable files and your custom flags would appear in Police Station, Bank, FIB buildings and Vespucci beach.

Requirements:

• GIMP
• Texture Toolkit
• OpenIV

Content:

• dds directory contains files used in *.ydr, *.yft and *.ytd files. You have replace *.dds files when exporting them with GIMP.
• xcf directory contains source GIMP customflags.xcf file.
  
  • There is two flags types: FLAG #1 - flag with left white sideline, FLAG #2 without sideline;
  • gz_v_bk_flag.dds and tl_v_bank2_flag.dds images should be FLAG #2 type, other images FLAG #1.
  
  
• dlc.rpf file contains DLC content.
