Franklin Clinton Drivers License Fix 1.1

This is something I cooked up because I was tired of seeing the License made by Rockstar Games, of course, lazy because of how minor this detail is, you only see it for a few seconds, I still had to fix it to be correct,
Before Franklin had a State of Los Santos Drivers License due to how minor it was Rockstar Games most likely didn't bat an eye, through out the years Rockstar has made small changes around the map to correctly show it is indeed the State of San Andreass so this is my small lore fix, the model and image is made by me using inspiration from the California Drivers License but a comepltyl lore version, with every small detail correlating.
If you want to include this prop in a mod of yours and credit me, you first need to reach out to me via the comments. I'll contact you further. Otherwise, you don't have permission to use my prop and claim it as your own.
As far as I'm aware, the prop is only seen in story mode during the mission "Marriage Counseling," when Martin Madrazo asks for and takes Franklin's driver's license.
Installation:
Drag and drop "prop_franklin_dl.ydr" into this directory,
C:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\v_minigame.rpf\
