GTA V Road Fix.
Updated some nodes on major roads such as Route 68, Marina Dr and East Joshua Road so the vehicles drive faster.
I updated the Junctions so red lights are 5 seconds each. From my testing, it seems to be working. Let me know if its not.
How to install:
paths.rpf -> Move file to \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5
junctions.xml -> \mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
Optional
Popgroup which i updated so there are better cars in Sandy Shores and same cars everywhere for more realism. I did not add too many dlc cars.
Its just what i use for my gaming.
popgroup.ymt -> \mods\update\update.rpf\x64\levels\gta5

@Andreyraduta legacy is what i use, but it should also work on enhanced. but i'm not too sure. if you don't mind testing on enhanced and letting us know. that would be helpful.
