You now can tazer NPCs as long as you want, even for Minutes.
The Animation and Audio dont stop if you hold them constantly on Fire.
They will fidget all along the Street and dont stop if you dont.
Use OpenIV and replace the PAIN_TAZER_01 - 11 Files in both Audio Folders.
Audio/x64/audio/sfx/S_MISC.rpf/waveload_pain_female ###### waveload_pain_male.
Have Fun
