How to install:
Make sure to download and and install reshade.

Copy the "ikari_light.ini" into your gta folder. Select the preset using reshade.

Awesome preset for Reshade. It's the only one I use. Had to do a little tweaking here and there to adjust to my liking but amongst a dozen presets that I have this one is the best.
