About the mod:
Increased a large number of pedestrains and traffic, each time and area have their own types of pedestrains and traffic, International airport is always a traffic jam in a daytime, and some areas will have more gang groups in the south Los Santos, more cops and police cars patrol in the night, adjust the variation of the peds in the different time and different area, like some places will have more tourists but some places will have more peds focus on their bussiness, to makes the Lost Santos looks more lively and realistic, but in order to get a great experience from this mod, make sure you have at aleast 8GB RAM with 2GB Graphic Card to Run it !
The city is not always get a high density on pedestrain and traffic, midnight will be quietly more than a daytime, 18:00~19:00 is the peak time on the road.
So you have to make a choice to do the right things on the right time(like some Mission)

Check your Setting.xml, make sure "" still not modified, you can increase the value of PedVariety and VehicleVariety<1.4 but CityDensity cannot be modified !

This mod actually works for me. Although I didnt follow instructions just put extracted config pop onto my existing game config in update/update rpf/common/data and then pop cycle in pdate/update rpf/common/data/levels/gta 5 and it works
@jshunior This worked very well. Thank you. No mod installation necessary, just follow the path within Open IV and replace the text in the game config with what was posted here.

This sucks, everytime i load into story mode, it just crashes.
If you’re running LSPDFR with tons of add ons, callouts & plugins, expect this to make your game crash. Also DO NOT USE THIS WITH ADDED LS TRAFFIC

how to unstall it?
this makes ur game crash at unkown times of the game like driving a car or killing peds please be aware, also this is 2015 mod so i do no recommend getting mods from 2015-2016 because they do make ur game crash

I tried it and I could only suggest to avoid downloading this mod from 2015 as it will damage your game files and make GTA crash

@breez_certified i use LS life and it seems to be working for me although there wasnt any rebuild option like it said in the read me file but it looks like theres no need for it now so i guess you can install it if you want to it seems to be working fine for me
Works fine for me too, but oh my does it eat performance. if only some modder made a performance patch where for example further npcs use static animations until a certain distance or other tricks to save performance wihtout being noticable.
The mod does not work for me. Incorrect description in the readme file. "GTA V/common.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/" after common.rpf I don't have a common folder in openIV, or do I need to create a common folder? There is no rebuild button either, it would be nice to update the description of how it should be installed.
