You can also use misc.BloomIntensityClamp.HD in visualsettings (it works fine with postfx to max), that will also do it globally, i have it like 30. I tested bloom.blurblendmult further down, but ended up restoring to original.
@tall70 thx, i'm just about trying to change every bloom value in timecycle, huge work, lol. but...this mod is a little bit different, this one is "fullscreen", i don't know how to describe that, download and try 0.8 intensity, you will notice the different

It's pretty amazing for those who want blooms from Last Gen version to PC version with low settings, I noticed that bullet particle from the guns now have some glow, without the assistance of this mod, it just appears like a texture.
I also saw a bug where when I swim there's unknown white square popping on the water, great mod by the way.
@tall70 hmmm, I'm gonna try that, but what exactly "misc.BloomIntensityClamp.SD" do? Is it same as the misc.bloomintensityclamp.HD?
@Maryo_Nicle7 I believe HD is the one we need but I did both. I can easily see how from number 10 to 30 it makes more Global Bloom. This mod has Maybe prettier results I don't know I can't compare it right now. Lightning Zapped my motherboard and power supply through USB cable of external hard drive.
